When I saw this picture it reminded me of several "pharmacies" I have come across in my travels to some third world countries. I have actually been amazed at the number of medications available and the types of supplies that can be purchased for a fraction of the cost normally paid at home. Buying a discount medical supply is not necessarily a bad idea. It does pay to do some research first, though. Using an online medical dictionary to be more informed about your health and medications is a great idea. If I am planning to travel outside of a familiar area, I try and think of a few things that I might have troubles with while I am away. Things like a sore throat, stomach cramps or even a nasty cough. It make sense to use an online medical dictionary to help with suggestions of what kinds of remedies are available and what type of discount medical supply could be purchased to ease the discomfort.
