When I saw this picture it reminded me of several "pharmacies" I have come across in my travels to some third world countries. I have actually been amazed at the number of medications available and the types of supplies that can be purchased for a fraction of the cost normally paid at home. Buying a discount medical supply is not necessarily a bad idea. It does pay to do some research first, though. If I am planning to travel outside of a familiar area, I try and think of a few things that I might have troubles with while I am away.
